All Rentals are for 2 business days.

Deposit is required for all rentals.

Rental Terms

Nani’s etc is home based we delivery all rental products for a minimum charge of $10.00 for the Manassas area within a zip code 20111, 20110, 20109. All other locations are charged based on milage. Rentals are for 2 business days. 

We hold your credit card information until all items are returned and invoice is paid in full. Your credit card serves as a security deposit.

Standard delivery includes front door service. Our employees are instructed to leave all items stacked in the front of the establishment. There are additional charges if items need to be moved else where. Set up is not included in delivery, but can be serviced for an additional charge.

The customer is responsible for being available at time of delivery. If employee arrives at the area and there is no one to receive items, items will not be left unattended and an additional charge will incur to return to the site.

When employee is picking up items it is expected that the customer have all items stacked and placed in the same area where they were delivered. If employee has to find or help located items an additional charge will incur. Please have a designated area where truck can park to unload and pick up items.

There will be a charge for damaged or missing items and you credit card will charged for payment. Please note that items are inspected before delivery and are given to you in the best condition possible.

Nani’s etc. will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, and/or occurrences that happen while you hold the items. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE ACCEPTED AND/OR SIGNED FOR THE ARTICLES AND HAVE ACCEPTED OUR TERMS. PLEASE GIVE 24-HOUR NOTICE IN CASE OF CANCELLATIONS.

We count articles to insure you receive what you are paying for, but it is your responsibility to recount to insure you have the correct amount.

Damages are charged to linens if they cannot be reused for example (but no limited) grease, writing, burns and cuts. Linens do not need to be washed.

Dye lots may vary. Linens in our rental inventory are sometimes added to at different times from different manufacturing runs. In addition, some pieces within a color/style are rented more frequently than other pieces. Our samples are very good representations of our inventory, but because of the situations described in this section, be advised that the appearance of one linen may vary slightly from another linen in your order. In cases of variations, our preparation staff will do its best to match color hues within an order. If color perfection is an absolute requirement, please consider purchasing custom sewn linens made from a single manufacturing run. Minimums quantities and lead times will apply.

<!--[endif]-->Inspection & Guarantees:

The Customer acknowledges that they are personally responsible for inspecting the rental items prior to their use on the event date and find them suitable for use before the event date.

Notification of any defects to Nani's etc must be made prior to the event date. The Customer acknowledges that there are no warranties on these items from minor defects, as there may be some minor defects on items from normal wear and tear, that are not readily apparent.

These defects do not constitute a breach of contract on Nani's etc's part. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper fit of the chair covers. If the chair cover does not fit, you will not be granted a refund.
